The inaugural Gold Gala was an exclusive event honoring the A100 List, recognizing the 100 most impactful Asian Pacific leaders in culture and society. It brought together over 500 distinguished figures, including Michelle Yeoh, Mindy Kaling, Henry Golding, Daniel Dae Kim, and Chloe Kim, to celebrate a new era of Asian Pacific excellence. The event brought together leaders in tech, entertainment, and fashion to celebrate equitable excellence. The Gold Gala powerfully honors Asian Pacific achievement, inspiring unity and progress across industries.

 
 

Role

As the Event Producer, my approach was to enhance the guest experience by curating seamless event operations, optimizing sponsor activations, and elevating VIP hospitality. By streamlining check-in and media relations, managing high-profile RSVPs, and overseeing sponsorship integrations, I ensured a sophisticated and impactful evening.

In 2022, people searched for "Asian representation" more times than ever worldwide. SeeHer Award

A100 Legend Michelle Yeoh received the first-ever SeeHer award at the 2022 Gold Gala, hosted by Gold House, for defying gender stereotypes throughout her career. SeeHer, the leading global movement of media, marketing and entertainment leaders committed to the accurate depiction of women and girls in advertising and media, presented the award along with filmmakers Jon M. Chu (Crazy Rich Asians), Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), and Jonathan Wang (Everything, Everywhere, All At Once).
