Bento on Hudson

A NYC penthouse, perched atop the historic landmark 'Little Flatiron Building,' has been an anchor in Meatpacking District since 1849 and is now an epicenter of experiential retail and dining. I brought the property through a gut renovation refurbishing the original beams, brick and column detail and introduced a new catering kitchen, additional conference rooms, lounge, a wet bar and restrooms. The space was more than a white box rental, but instead had goals to celebrate local history, and incubate community growth.

The Launch

Our approach was disruptive to typical open houses, with a goal to experientially engage a diverse demographic. The top event agencies, planners, and brand influencers were invited to a series of private immersive experiences designed to highlight the renovations.

This curation demonstrated the space’s multi-use, generated original brand content, and created organic business networking opportunities across non-profit, corporate finance, tech, health, fashion, and hospitality industries.
